Refund and Returns Policy

Overview

At CanvasThread, we take pride in offering high-quality custom printed products made to order. Because our products are created on-demand through our production partner (Printful), we follow specific return and refund policies tailored to the nature of print-on-demand fulfillment.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective, we’ll happily offer a free replacement or full refund. To be eligible:

  • You must contact us within 30 days of receiving the item.
  • Email us at info@canvasthread.com with:
    • A description of the issue
    • Clear photos of the item and packaging
    • Your order number

Printful handles all returns of damaged or defective items, so we’ll work closely with them to resolve your issue promptly.

Returns for Buyer’s Remorse or Wrong Size

Since all products are made to order, we do not offer returns or refunds for buyer’s remorse (e.g., changing your mind or ordering the wrong size, color, or design).

To avoid size issues, please carefully check our size guide before placing your order.

Exchanges

We do not accept exchanges unless the product is defective. If you received a damaged item and want to replace it, contact us and we’ll take care of it.

Lost Packages

If your package gets lost in transit, we’ll either reship it or refund your order after reviewing the case. Be sure to contact us within 30 days of the estimated delivery date.

Incorrect Shipping Information

If you entered an incorrect or incomplete address and the package is returned to the sender, you will be responsible for the reshipping cost once we confirm the updated address.

Non-Returnable Items

Because we offer custom-made products, we cannot accept returns unless the product is defective. This includes:

  • T-shirts, hoodies, and other apparel
  • Hats and accessories
  • All personalized or custom-printed items

  • Include your order number, photos, and a description of the issue
  • We’ll review and notify you of the next steps

Refund Timeline

Once approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Processing times may vary based on your bank or payment provider.
